Black tea. A classic Chinese specialty called lapsing souchong, which is black tea smoked over knotty pine. Deeply smoky with notes of pine.

Serving Suggestion: start with 3-4 grams or 1 teaspoon in 8-10 ounces of water at 212 degrees Fahrenheit (boiling) then steep for 3-4 minutes.
